After many years of research, we have developed a 2D matrix code marking process based on pulsed LASERs. Our technology will enable you to make very resolute codes that can be easily read even by smartphones on all kinds of materials (e.g. glass, PET, PE, PVC, COC and COP). Our markings have already brilliantly passed compatibility tests with all the processes that primary packaging undergoes along the industrial production chain (such as washing, sterilization, depyrogenation, filling, visual inspection, cold and ultracold chain).
The write resolution offered by our machines, down to single micrometer, allows us to print complex codes that not only contain a unique ID but can also link to the digital copy of the product to enable a higher level of security, higher visibility and connectivity along industrial processes.
